I's Co., Ltd. (the "Company") establishes the following basic policy to block any relationship with antisocial forces, such as organized crime groups, that threaten the order and safety of civil society, and to ensure sound business operations. This English version is provided for reference only. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Japanese version and this English version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
1. Blocking of Relationships
The Company has no relationship whatsoever, including business transactions, with antisocial forces, and firmly rejects any unreasonable demands from them.
2. Organizational Response
The Company responds to antisocial forces as an organization, under the leadership of senior management, and ensures the safety of officers and employees who respond to them.
3. Cooperation with External Specialized Institutions
The Company builds cooperative relationships with external specialized institutions, such as the police, the National Center for the Elimination of Boryokudan and lawyers, in preparation for unreasonable demands from antisocial forces.
4. Civil and Criminal Legal Response
The Company rejects any unreasonable demands from antisocial forces and takes civil and criminal legal measures as necessary.
5. Prohibition of Covert Deals and Provision of Funds
The Company never engages in covert deals with antisocial forces, even if unreasonable demands arise from misconduct of the Company or its officers or employees, and never provides funds or other benefits to antisocial forces.
6. Contractual Measures
The Company includes provisions on the exclusion of antisocial forces in its terms of service and contracts, and may terminate a contract immediately if the counterparty is found to be or to be associated with antisocial forces.
